PRIVATE 2:1 GROUP TRAINING
Group Training is popular for couples or friends who have similar fitness goals or are training for activities, like tennis, golf, skiing, or more. There is an 8-session minimum for Group Training.

OPEN CLASSES (Quarterly Class)
Our open workout classes will help you build your endurance, strength, balance, mobility and flexibility. Every class is limited to FIVE people, ensuring you get plenty of individual attention and coaching in a fun group setting.
Join us for a dedicated three-month commitment, where you'll attend classes twice a week, totaling 24 sessions.
