Join us for a dedicated three-month commitment, where you'll attend classes twice a week, totaling 24 sessions

General Fitness Class

Perfect for fitness newcomers, this class starts with the basics. You'll learn proper breathing techniques, engage in core strengthening, and practice foundational mobility & stability exercises. For the initial weeks, expect light weightlifting with resistance bands to boost motor control and muscle isolation. As you progress, we'll hone your weightlifting technique while building strength and muscle mass. The course culminates with an introduction to plyometrics and circuit training.

Weight Loss Class


If you're on a mission to lose body fat, this class is for you. The main thrust here is high-intensity interval training, aiming for the optimal "fat burning zone" of 70-80% of your maximum heart rate. We'll mix it up with various fitness equipment and exercises to keep things fresh and effective.

Strength Class


Zero in on lifting with precision in our strength class. We'll deep dive into compound exercises that enhance both muscle mass and strength. Throughout the program, you'll utilize diverse equipment like free weights and cables, targeting different muscle groups for a comprehensive strength-building experience.
