What is a typical training session like?
While our goal is to customize every training session to each customer’s needs, we do like to focus on a few critical components. A typical training session will teach breathing techniques to improve intrinsic core strength, include a variety of exercises to improve mobility, and focus on neuromuscular training to enhance the mind to muscle connection to assist the individual better feel a muscle work through a full range of motion and enhance muscle fiber recruitment activation.
What kind of training do you specialize in?
Jay Park has over a decade of experience assisting clients reach numerous goals including improving strength, flexibility, and mobility. However, a core emphasis is on improving posture and core strength in an effort to look, feel, and move better.
What equipment does your studio have?
Main Fitness a full range of state-of-the-art fitness equipment including a power rack, non-motorized treadmill, cable machine, rowing machine, battle ropes, free weights (including bumper plates, kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, etc.), resistance bands, yoga blocks, slam balls, gym balls, aquabags, foam rollers, push/pull sled, plyometric boxes, and body composition scale.
